California Assembly Bill No. 1200 (AB1200) Cookware Disclosure:

As of January 1, 2023, California AB1200 also requires the manufacturer of cookware to disclose on the cookware website any intentionally added chemicals on California’s designated list that may be present in the handle of the product or in any cookware surface that comes into contact with food, foodstuffs, or beverages. In compliance with such requirement, please note the presence of the identified chemicals from California’s list in the items indicated in the table. The relevant lists are the California Department of Toxic Substances (“DTSC”) Candidate Chemical list, available at https://calsafer.dtsc.ca.gov/cms/search/?type=Chemical.
